Where to stay

If you're only staying for a night or two, we recommend finding an Airbnb or hotel north of the canal and west of I-5. The neighborhoods of Fremont, Wallingford, and downtown Ballard are great options that are: easy to drive or Lyft to the venue; offer easy access to downtown Seattle; and are very cute, walkable areas with lots of restaurants, stores, and classic Seattle charm.

If you’re staying longer or really want the bustle of the city, downtown Seattle has lots to do and is very walkable. However, traffic can be bad, so if you are planning on staying downtown you’ll want to add plenty of time to get to the venue.

If you prefer a hotel over an Airbnb, we recommend the following hotels:

  • Mayflower Hotel. Downtown Seattle. Click here for the group rate for this hotel (or use the code: ZAURYL). We encourage people who want to stay near other guests to book here: $137/night for a queen bed, or $147 for a room with two queen beds.
  • Kings Inn. Downtown Seattle. If you're looking for something a little cheaper, rooms here are $99-$119.
  • Green Tortoise Hostel Seattle. Downtown Seattle. This hostel is the cheapest way to stay in downtown Seattle, at $30-$50/night for a bed in a shared, co-ed room with shared bathrooms. Women-only rooms also available.
